Our advice and information telephone service is open from 1pm to 4pm, and our webchat service is open from 9:30am – 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Outside of these hours, please use the contact email below.

Our Advice Service offers practical help on issues such as the Mental Health Act, community care, welfare benefits and carers rights. We also offer general help on living with mental illness, medication and care. We're happy to receive Next Generation Text Service (NGTS) calls.
