Whilst some of our groups have resumed there normal face to face activities, many are still experiencing restrictions. Therefore please contact the group before trying to attend. Alternatively if you experience problems contacting the group you can contact us nationally at groups@rethink.org with your enquiry. Please include the name of the group you are enquiring about or the area you are looking for a group in.
We will strive to ensure our group pages are kept up to date, however due to the ever changing nature of the pandemic, group meeting information can quickly become out dated, which is why we would stress that you contact the group prior to attending.

Rethink Activity for support groups.
Physical activity benefits not only our physical health, but our mental health too. Rethink Mental Illness is delivering a Sport England funded project to help new and existing peer support groups introduce physical activity to their members and help them work towards being active for at least 30mins per week. If you’re interested in finding out more about the project, or you’re keen to start offering physical activity opportunities to people severely affected by mental through an existing group or setting up a new group, then get in touch .
